Does it matter how long my calls are?
With any of the eircom talktime packages (except talktime 200 & talktime Mobile) you can stay on the call for up to 60 minutes. Just hang up and redial at 60 minutes to avoid further call charges.
What happens if I go over 59 minutes with one phone call?
If you exceed 60 minutes with a phone call, you will be charged the standard rate for local and national calls.
What International countries are discounted when I sign up to eircom talktime?
All International countries are discounted by 20% (except Britain, US & Canada) and 10% to International mobiles
Is there any minimum contract period?
No, you are free to unsubscribe whenever you like.
If I am a business customer can I still get eircom talktime Residential?
No, business customers can avail of eircom talktime for Business
If I have more than one line does this matter?
If you have more than one line you can choose to go on Talktime 15c, Talktime 200, Talktime Mobile.
Are Internet calls included?
No it is just voice calls that are included in the package at present.
If a customer changes the talktime level mid billing cycle, how will this affect their bill/savings etc?
The effective level for a customer is the level they are on when the bill issues.
Can a customer carry minutes with them if they are moving premises ?
No, once a customer requests to move premises, their existing account is closed and a new account set up therefore anything else on that account will be lost, this includes talktime.
If I'm not happy with my eircom talktime package, how do I cancel my service?
If you're not happy with your eircom talktime package, you can call us on freephone 1800 790 890 and we will cancel your eircom talktime package.
When will I start to notice if I am saving money on my bill?
We recommend that you wait until you have received two bills from us before you compare your eircom bills.
If I order eircom talktime today, how soon will it take effect?
If you order eircom talktime today it will be applied to your eircom account within 7 days.

If you're a DSFA recipient, you receive line rental, a telephone handset and up to €1.52 (inc. VAT) of calls per month . This means eircom talktime anytime will cost you only €19.09 (inc.
