directory enquiries

11811 calls are subject to a call set up fee of 89.59c (inc VAT) per call and 0.40c (inc VAT) per second thereafter including call completion. Charges from other operators may vary.

11818 calls are subject to a minimum fee of 158.49c (inc VAT) per call for the first 30 seconds and 1.10c (inc VAT) per second thereafter including call completion. Charges are applied on a per second basis. *11818 call completion is to UK only.

Prices are correct as at January 1st  2010 and include VAT @ 21%. Prices quoted are for calls from eircom landlines (excluding payphones). Call prices may vary by operator. To receive a text, calls must be made from a mobile phone. The 11811/11818 (UK) directory enquiry text back service may not be available to some mobile service providers. eircom cannot guarantee receipt of a complimentary SMS from the 11811 and 11818 (UK) directory enquiry text back service.

Due to the nature of eircom's International Directory enquiry service (11818) it may not be always possible to obtain the information required from certain International databases.You will be notified if your destination is one of these international databases at the start of the call. If a customer decides to proceed with the service they do so of their own free will and will incur the relevant call charges. eircom cannot be held liable for the consequential loss incurred by the customer if the information required is unobtainable. If you have any queries regarding these destinations please refer to:
